...Haven't sorted the connector block problem yet, but think I can squeeze it all in. Hope to attack that next week after the shakedown ride.
...
I've got round that so far by routing some of the loom around the front of the airbox and down the right hand side of the airbox. Only just started connecting things.

Ruby, that's a pretty high standard to meet....
Certainly is, they've done a great job. But I feel up to it, my aim was to have a "factory" finish to my project. Anyway, you lot can decide once I've finished.

Apparently on some of the early bikes a few ECUs went bang after the kill switch was operated. Because the fuel pump span on for a split second it was sending some voltage back to the ECU which it couldn't deal with. There will be posts on here about it somewhere. It doesn't sound like your was done so have a read. It'd be worth sticking it in whilst you've got the wiring exposed. Triumph should give you the kit for free. Failing that I might be able to sort you out.

One of the Street pictures you showed early on in the thread or linked to showed the Street Triple having four. I can only assume that is what the fourth is.
Thanks for the heads up on this TeriyakiMonkey. I had a chat with my dealer today and you are 100% correct, it hasn't had the recall work done. Either my dealer forgot to call the previous owner or the previous owner never took it in for the work to be done. Either way the parts have been ordered today, so I can whack them in. Nice to have all my relay posts filled!

There was also another recall, but not of any real importance. There is a chance that the bolts holding the air intake tube to the frame headstock can come undone. As it's jammed in between headstock and fairing nose this is probably no biggie. The instructions from Triumph are to put thread lock on the bolts, so my dealer didn't recall anybody, just did the bolts at the next service.

tango, what kind of clip ons do you have??
If my memory serves me correctly they are the standard ones, turned upside down and put on the opposite fork. If not someone else has certainly done that.
