I installed the rest of my frame sliders from motovation. Got the front, rear and engine ones done... and did the rim tape yesterday :)

Talus,

Lock wire will eventually cut right through the thin alloy of the radiator just from vibration.

Kind of weird about zip/cable ties. Hate the cheap ones that get brittle, or the ridged ones, or how they leave a stub and a tail. All I use is Cobra ties. The black ones are UV stabilized, smooth, sit flat, and don't leave a tail. The wife thinks I'm crazy but one of the first things I do when a new bike gets home is replace every cable tie I can find...she's probably right

Did about 120 miles this weekend :)

Then learned that you need to know what you are doing when you mess with clear coat. I tried to preserve some stickers with an unprofessional job that got messy.

Soo... I learned to pull my tank finally, the fuel release was tricky, but got it.

Tank headed to autobody shop for new clear coat lol. Sticker is preserved though!

Did you have to unbolt the gas tank and airbox to get to the signal connectors?
I removed the tank and the airbox. I believe there are a couple people that managed to do it without removing anything, but I didn't want to try it. The connectors are laying right on top of the head.
