Today I got up at 6am(23F) and went for a ride. I was headed to meet some ADV guys who were dual sporting in the Ozark NF. I haven't ridden the StRiple in a week and figured I ride street today, instead of dirt. After 10 miles, I stopped for fuel. Once I was done fueling up, I hit the start button and... no love. After a few attempts to push start, on my own, a guy at the station gave me a push. Got it rolling, 2nd gear, pop the clutch and the StRiple fired up. I rode home, put the bike up and went back to bed. Yesterday I fixed a short on my 650GS but didn't even think to put the StRiple it on the trickle charge. Oh well, live and learn...
After I replaced the rear brakes on my wife's car, I washed the StRiple and adjusted the headlights, hoping to improve my evening commute.
