This post is made on demand to put the links together for the different maps that are posted in the Tuneboy thread as well as on other sites.
Now, this is not intended to be a complete historical review about all the tunes that are posted during the last two years, I will however try to mention the ones that still are used by people on this site. Maybe it is best to only keep links to new maps in this thread and keep the discussions and explanations in the longer thread?
When You have downloaded a new tune, You should reset the adapted settings. A short how-to for this may be found in this post.
A "how-to" about the use of PCIII-tunes for Tuneboy is to be found in post #3 here below.
As a start All the latest OEM tunes may be downloaded from the Tuneboy home page .
With the stock exhaust, Wayne MacDonald (Tuneboy himself) have developed a custom tune that have gotten good reviews from users on this site.
The earliest tune for a custom slip-on exhaust is the Madas file tuned by MacDonald. The name of the exhaust is spelled incorrectly the manufacturer is an Australian specialist. Description of the map as well as download may be found in this post.
Jardine slip-on exhaust:
Undii on this site published the first dyno-tune for this exhaust. It may be found in this post.
Further on, the most popular custom Jardine-map seems to be Wayne MacDonalds version:
This tune disables the OEM lambda sensor to allow a smoother behaviour. Info about this map may be found here, here and here.
Jardine slip-on with stock downpipes, Hord 3-1 Collector and Mandrel bend (no EXBV and cat), BMC air filter
Pointagrouse have been kind enough to share his dynodeveloped tune for this setup (based on 20110) that You may download from here. His own description of the tune together with dyno sheets may be found in this post. Thanks for the tune and enjoy!
Bleakster have made the job with transferring the tune above for the 20137 base tune! It is modified to fit a custom gearing and to run without OEM O2 sensor. Bleakster is also running the tune on an identical downpipe but with a TBR slip-on at the end. His modified tune may be downloaded here.
PCIII maps for Jardine, BOS, Jardine, TwoBrothers, Leo-Vince slip-on, Arrow full system etc may be found in this file.
Leo Vince full system:
[Flux] on this site published a Dyno-tuned map for his full system. Info and download may be done here.
[Flux] new and better map with a lot of work behind by the author and ggillies may be downloaded here . Post with his own descriptions and reviews may be found in Triumph675.Net Forums - View Single Post - TuneBoy maps -- post / download them here . Please leave [Flux] a review if You try this.
AZ675 have supplied us with [Flux]V01-map transmitted to 20154-base by Wayne MacDonald. So the -08 owners may download this map at http://street.lindata.se/BMC-Full-Leo-Vince-V01_20154.dat
Arrow full system
AZ675 is the honorable author of the following PCIII and Tuneboy custom tunes for a -08 ECU, Arrow stage 1 full system, OEM air filter, O2-sensor and SAI disabled. Dyno results of his work and compared to the tunes below may be found in this thread: Dyno Results (Graphs) - Triumph675.Net Forums
Conditions during dyno work: 100 deg F´, 1 500 ft elevations
PCIII: http://street.lindata.se/ArrowPC3noO2sai.DJM
Tuneboy: http://street.lindata.se/20154TuneWPCIIICUSTOMnoO2sai.dat
AZ675 have also contributed with a custom 20154-map tweaked by Wayne MacDonald for Arrow full system. The impressive dyno sheet: http://street.lindata.se/Arrow_vs_ModifiedArrowMap.jpg . Link to tune: http://street.lindata.se/20154TuneMod.dat
Kudos to [Flux] and AZ675 for sharing with us!
Also, the PCIII-map for arrow full system applied on basemap 20110 may be used for the full systems:
http://street.lindata.se/20110Tune+ArrowPCIII.dat
Remus full system
Thanks to Midtkil here on the forum, there is a PCIII tune for the Remus full system avaliable for download here. Dyno sheets may be found here. Midtkil have a -07 675 and the Arrow full system tune should be loaded in ECU in order for the PCIII-tune to work in a proper way. Thank You Midtkil!
TwoBrothers slip-on
There is a PCIII-map to find for this exhaust at the link above. Also, the PCIII applied on the 20135 basemap may be dl at:
http://street.lindata.se/20135Tune+TBRPCIII.dat
A dyno-tuned PCIII-tune from a ´07 Daytona with a standard base tune from Hank111, a fellow Swede's bike may be downloaded here. Thank You Henrik for sharing
I am tuning my own bike with a WB lambda equipment during normal driving conditions.
675 Trip have a complete library of tunes with a special interest in the Twobrothers maps at http://www.race-oil.com/tuneboy/
I have a small webhost at http://street.lindata.se/ where the mixedAF tune from the site above may be found, as well as the newest version of the AF 13.1 map (after the dyno run - slightly more power than earlier versions). A short description of the map may also be found there. AFR:s and Dyno charts from the work with v4 may be found in post Triumph675.Net Forums - View Single Post - URL:s to Tuneboy and PCIII tunes for 675

Slip-on (TBR M2), foam airfilter, gutted cat, no EXBV, Hord velocity stacks, 16/49 sprocket combo
Right now I'm working with 2 different tunes for this setup. As the TBR with the gutted cat and removed EXBV is way too loud for our Swedish tracks (102 dB passing by), I've been forced to use a slightly modded P1 tip to reduce noice to below 95 dB. The latest unrestricted tune may be found here (TuneECU hex file here)and the older, not updated for restricted flow here.
If You are having a hard time finding a tune that works with an modded OEM system, feel free to test one of the above...
New generation Daytona (-09) with BMC air filter, Slip-on (Arrow), gutted cat, no EXBV, O2 sensor disabled
Duff Boy have been kind enough to supply us with a dyno-developed tune for the new gen engine with the specs above. You'll find his tune and dyno charts in this post. Thanks a lot for this first shared tune for the new ECU!
STREET TRIPLE:
A general description of standard maps at the Tuneboy site for this bike can be found at Triumph675.Net Forums - View Single Post - arrow twin high pipe
Compareable dyno charts for standard vs arrow may be found at: Triumph675.Net Forums - View Single Post - Exhaust Performance Data?
Standard Exhaust
CrazyCam have developed a tune based on the 20198 tune for his Striple with OEM air filter/exhaust: http://street.lindata.se/20198TuneWeaponry.dat . Link to the dyno sheet: http://street.lindata.se/20198TOR+Mods.jpg
Gutted standard exhaust with catalysator completly removed and cans fe-baffled and rebuilt ("straight thru")
CrazyCam have developed a tune based on the 20198 tune for his Striple with rebuilt OEM system and got quite interesting gains, more than 5 hp on top and a much smoother torque development. The dyno sheet may be found here and CC's dyno tune may be downloaded from here. Red line are after the rebutlt system, blue line with the stock system.
Thanks for Your efforts and willingness to share Your work, CrazyCam!
Arrow full system
Wayne M have a dyno tune for this setup that get rid of the popping at decel. Dyno chart and link to the map can be found via this post: Triumph675.Net Forums - View Single Post - Any pics of Stripple with Arrow shorty W/O bellypan?
I know there are more tunes and maps to be found amoung the users and please add links to new maps and their descriptions, and Ill try to keep this first post as updated as possible. Or PM me and I may host Your tune on the server above.
I hope this will make things a little bit easier for new TB users, finding their way to the tunes.
TuneECU files - Str3
Dave73 have been kind enough to translate a couple of Dyno tunes for the Street triple, as well as his own, modded setup. The package can be downloaded here as a zip file and here is Davids own description of the tunes:
20109 Tune is an exact copy of the tune modified by Wayne for use with a tuneboy on a stock bike, only this is a .hex version
20199 Tune is the same for a street triple with arrow exhaust. This is a .hex version of Waynes dyno tune for tuneboy: Street Triple with Arrow 3:1
20395 Tune is my dyno tune. Street Triple with modified airbox, custom 3:1 low exhaust, and Daytona camshafts.
Thank You for sharing, David!
Tuning Your bike via Dyno-Link - Tuneboy
Twinct have been kind enough to dig up a user manual that better describes the process for the average "Dyno-Joe". We both hope that this might help You to convince the PCIII-heads to give it a try. The manual is written for the older SAGEM ECU, but will work for our bikes as well. Link on this site: http://www.triumph675.net/forum/attachment.php?attachmentid=13680&d=1266183680 Link to Tuneboy home page: http://www.tuneboy.com.au/Tutorials/TuningLinkTutorial.html
Here is the supplied mirror link to the manual: zSHARE - usingtuneeditwithtuninglink.pdf
Back-up for the Tuneboy software package
Twinct has also taken his time to supply You with a mirror site for the software. It might be downloaded at: zSHARE - TuneEdit.zip
Thank You Twinct for Your efforts to help fellow riders out with these services:thumbup:
