Just post it:grin:. It's interesting to know if it works for You, or if the old one suited Your setup better...
Hey Roffe s,
Is there any way you can create a new thread just with URL's to download yours and everyones maps from?
As you know this has turned into 58 pages of great info but for someone who is about to get a tuneboy finally it can be tedious searching through the whole thread for maps to try
Thanks

Hi Frosty675! I feel kind of bad as I'm unfortunately one of the bad guys to blame for much of the "spamming" in this thread, so I'll try to get a new thread ready during the next days. To fill its purpose, that thread should only contain URL's to the most frequent maps published while we keep the discussions and descriptions of the different maps as well as the application in here.

However, if the mods or the owner of the site want us to keep all the info in this thread, they might change that thread to suit the structure of the site...

When I was tuning LT1 cars (and later LS1 cars) there was a site where you could upload maps, with a description of the mods done to the car, and a brief summary of the changes made in the map. It was laid out almost like a spreadsheet. Link and map name on the left, description info on the right. Just a big table really. Something like that could be handy and anyone with any experience in webpage design should be able to design it such that anyone could fill in a form, upload the file, and the page would automatically update.

I would love to see something like this put together.

I think that is the system I'm going to go with. If so I'll develop a map in the coming weeks. I can't decide between the Zard or Arrow systems.
Hi Commoto

I've got my bike with full Ti Zard on a dyno tonight at Race Engineering in Herts; tweaking Roffe_s latest street tune to suit my set-up. I'll post results as and when.

[thread jack] how is the Bitubo dampener coming along? Is it on your bike and have you tested it? When will it be on (your site) [/thread jack]

I ordered the ZARD under seat system and am waiting for it right now. I went with the stainless pipes - I've had a lot of longevity issues with full Ti systems though those were always on twins (Ducati).

The Bitubo kits should be in any time - once they it arrive I'll get it mounted and get it on the site as well.

I look forward to your results!

I have an arrow stage 1 full exhaust and a BMC air filter installed. Anybody here with a nice tune for that combination to share?
Thanks in advance:thumbup:.

I think a moderator should clear this thread that is now 57 pages...I know it is a lot of work but the usefull info are not more than 10 pages I quess, and with this thread being so vast it is really hard for anyboy to find what he is looking for...

There are an ongoing search for a good full system tune in this thread: http://www.triumph675.net/forum/showthread.php?t=17079

According to what I've seen there are the #20110 OEM map and the PCIII-map for Arrow with the #20110 as a base map that are published so far. The BMC will not demand any major changes in fuelling, according to my own experience with a slip-on and a DT-1 foam filter.

Bu the way - I made an weak effort to keep the downloads together in a new thread - first post in http://www.triumph675.net/forum/showthread.php?t=16985

Good luck!

rolfe!!!

Hey bro,
ive been outta the loop on this so i figure i would ask you the expert. i have an 07 675, running a jardine slip on, what do you suggest! oh by the way i have the later vins and the tune with the jardine pipe is listed in the earlier vins. the files listed in the tune boys when you download them are not quite clear as to what they are, for example i have a tune listed as 20222 jardines but i dont see that listed on the tune boy page and am not sue what it fits ( yr/vin)
also this http://www.tuneboy.com.au/TuneDownloads/20109TuneJardineDynoFinal.dat does not work any reason that this link is not working?
anyone know what yr and vin this one fits and if this is the one that requirs o2 removal? and im also not sure that works on my vin 299740
thanks
mt

Hi MT. It seems like there is some kind of trouble with the Tuneboy web site with just that file! Strange, as the other tunes seems to work. Maybe You should e-mail Wayne and ask? Otherwise, the tune may be found at 675 Trip:s server - http://www.race-oil.com/tuneboy/

With the Jardine, Waynes are most popular and the tune will work on the -07 also (as I have learned). You should however disconnect or remove Your O2 sensor with this file running as std. If You enable the O2 sensor in the menu "edit - tune constants". You may use it as the usual map but maybe You'll loose some of its smoothness according to other users.

Another alternative is to use the PCIII-map for Jardine with http://www.tuneboy.com.au/TuneDownloads/20207Tune.dat as a base map.

Undiis map is another option as well.

Or You may try a map for another slip-on as well. I know there are some people who use my 13.1 with Jardine, Leo, Boss etc.

So You have a couple of maps to try if You like.

20222 seems to be a rocket III-map (they are often using Jardine according to rocket-forums) and nothing I know as a 675-map. Beware.

Good luck with Your tunes!

Just a quick update on my full Leo Vince and the various Maps I have tried... I have scheduled 2 hours of Dyno time at a local shop who are Power commander certified and DynoJet certified. I will be using 2 hours of Dyno time to try all of the Maps I have downloaded with Tuneboy/Tunedit. I want a quantitative measurement of which maps actually work correctly on my Bike with the Full Leo System. I should have MULTIPLE Dyno sheets of each of the Maps I run.... Should be VERY interesting.

I have three Maps in particular that I thin are the best for my Bike so far, but will try a bunch more if I can fit it into the 2 hours I paid $600.00 for.

Here is where I will be doing the testing...

weak 675

I'll try to make a long story short. Picked up an 2007 675, 1900miles. Went giddily to the dyno and came away said with a decent curve graph that made 85hp. I know all the dyno issues, but this is a triumph dealership and it was compared to other 675s. Checked all: Valve clearances within spec. Leak down tests 0-1%. Compression 190psi. Possible Problems: 02 sensor was removed and plugged with a bolt. NGK Iridium CR10EIX plugs - dirty, but not oily. Arrow map installed on a stock pipe. Diaphram(?) valve at front of bike removed but hose plugged. Finally to the questions - Do you think these issues could result in that low of hp? Have you seen any 675s with that low of a hp?

Hi Commoto

Any news on the Zard and Bitubo deliveries?
If the Zard has arrived, have you run it on a Dyno and mapped the ECU?

Yes... Arrows full system map on a stock pipe sounds ludicrous.. especially when you consider that the Arrows map is made for a system with NO butterfly valve. I have a full Leo Vince system and even for me with all the correct parameters in Tuneboy it was too rich by far on part throttle and even full throttle. Also, make sure that the bolt that replaced the O2 sensor isn't really long and intrudes so far into the pipe that it is impeding airflow.

All of the things you listed would lead to various problems when all acting at the same time, other than I don't know how the sparkplugs would affect things. Have the dealership put the Stock map back into the bike as well as the O2 sensor. Once that is done, my advice for the stock bike is to try the 20109_1 map from the Tuneboy site... it's absolutely the best map I tried for the stock bike.

Let us know how it turns out for you

yaha! Finally got the tracking yesterday... I'll have the exhaust and damper and a ton of other crap next week. I've also got a full ZARD system coming for a Thruxton that looks really cool - we are building a track bike for a friend of mine. Should be a cool project.

I'm chomping at the bit to get going on my 675 and parts are starting to trickle in now.

Anyone bother to mod the Matas map to give a little better fuel mileage? I thought a 17t front might help with fuel mileage a little but I believe I'm still only getting 43. I'd like to modify the cruising portion of the map lean it out just a touch but If someone has done this already, I'd like to try what they have.

Incidently, I set the speedo correction to a 17/46 sprocket and speedo is about 7% off, but the Trip meter is dead on. I confirmed this with a gps.

Thanks in advance.

None. Stick with what came on the bike.
Any of the other maps on here are optimized for after market parts and will only make a bone stock bike run worse.
Actually, most people reported that their stock bikes ran better with Triumph's "off road pipe" tune. I think my dealer now loads the off road tune standard on all 675's they sell.
