What part are we talking? Just the section that the bolts go through?
Yea, I'll grab a comparison picture of them side by side when I get back to the shop, had to run home and do laundry..going out of town again tomorrow.

So what are the correct line specs?

I'll verify that when I get it all together so just bare with me...

Meanwhile... I cheated on my Daytona tonight .... with this..

Really debating the extra $1500 for a new one vs a new D675R

if you have the one daytona, i would opt for a lightly used S1000RR over a new daytona.. love my daytona, but the larger size and excessive amount of HP & Torque of a literbike is just so much fun!

Yea...I'm really thinking about getting an S1000RR instead of another Daytona...

But!!

These came today!! And the new brake lines..but I cant test fit until the wheels are out of powder coat.

Well..the switch to night shifts really messed me up and I basically lost a day and as of currently I've been awake for 25hours..but thats alright!

As soon as I got off work I went to the shop and got to work..

Cleaned off the rest of the old Oil pan Gasket material, replaced the PRV with the updated version, Replaced the pan gasket with the updated windage tray style one.

Got my tires mounted, mocked up some stuff...got my subframe and valve cover back on, got a fresh drain plug washer and filter on and fresh oil in her, got the tail section mostly back together..

I dont have a wheel balancer unfortunately so I get to tear the rear back off and take it to a friend tomorrow who has the equipment, but once that is done I can get the rear wheel permanently back on the bike and get the rear brake bled and all set up...Still need a chain and/or a master link..Pretty sure the chain thats on it right now is a 525 pitch..

Regardless...not a lot of pics of the silly shit like the oil pan and whatnot or the typical oil change..but right to the good stuff!! Enjoy!

The light outside makes them look more orange than red..but they're red trust me.

When I first saw them finished at Powder coat.

Mock up of all the rear end goods

The powder coat guys matched the OEM Perfectly!!

And! Had to support Ryan with a CoreMoto sticker on the tire hugger...which funnily enough goes with my scheme, and matches my Jardine OE sticker really well!

Next is to get the wheels all finished so I can get the brakes on..

Then the header should get here on wednesday, Need to pick up my new gaskets from the dealer for the head to header, Get it all hooked up, balance the throttle bodies, then off to the dyno she goes to get a fresh tune on the new set up!!

Getting close...almost there.

Also want to give a huge thanks and show my appreciate for those who are supporting the build!! You guys really make it easier to justify the ridiculous expense this thing has eaten in the last few months!

And oh yea!! I almost forgot these!

$77 at the dealer will get you a new valve cover gasket and the 6 grommets......insane. (this is the bs im talking about lol)

Been on night shifts lately and havent had a lot of time off so I haven't got around to actually mounting up the lines yet. I'll report back as soon as I get the information out to you guys.

Also..I'll list the correct length bolts for the caliper to bracket.
Right now I just grabbed 2 out of my random bolt drawer and they're contacting the Galfer Caliper.. so I need to get shorter ones by about 3-5 threads and I'll get nice looking allen head ones and locktite the shit out of them haha.

I'll have more updates from today's ventures if I can keep my eyes open long enough to drive down to the shop.

Appreciate all the interest, feedback and support everyone!

Alright guys... I've been awake since 8:00PM Tuesday night...went to work, stayed up basically all day and all night..

Got off, went to the shop after a quick shower and bite to eat... Ran to the Dealer, picked up my exhaust o-ring gaskets for the header, which looked completely different..

And I got to work..

Didn't take a lot of pics, and I'll try and find a way to upload the video off my phone to somewhere..but..here we go.

Modified header from TRMN8TR against an OE.

Finally got it on ground and the lines ran and bled.. I definitely have more slack than I need in the front, but I measured the new lengths on a steering stem stand and accommodated for 1/2"of slack..so, no way will I ever pull the lines out even if the front wheel is in the air.

And!!.......its all done... holy crap the power of this brake...Cant wait to test it on an actual ride. I'll get specs for the line up soon.

Fresh pan, brakes and coated and wrapped header.

Almost together....but dat valve cover doe!!

Got some stuff done before work yesterday..

Got a master link for the chain, got that put back and riveted on, then had some semi-backwards progress... Had to tear it apart a little to do this..

For the most part they all ended up balancing out to 590.

in other news...I had a blast at work last night.......as I blasted a Deer in the driver side at 55mph...

Did the deer survive?
Believe it or not I think it did...When I came back through that way I didn't see it's ruined carcass on the road...however I did get some blood splatter on my windscreen.

I'm assuming I spun it and ejected it off the road, I was doing about 55mph...even empty I'm over 30klbs
That'll buff right out.
yea...

Headlight Ruined, Bumper Ruined, Brush guard ruined...

Then I got pulled over my state patrol later for it..and they conducted a full Level II Inspection of my truck and trailer..
