Will this be a sportbike legal build up?

Really interested to see what is swapped with the rules being pretty restrictive.
What will you be using for the exhuast?

 

The bikes will be built fully to Daytona Sportbike Spec.

Akrapovic is building us pipes out of their race shop.

 

Very nice, sure you will be selling them like Hotcakes once they are available for consumers.

I was about to ask about the pipes, very cool to hear! Are all four of them going to race spec or are you keeping two of them for superstock racing?

 

We are building 3 bikes right now and might add a 4th or 5th.

Motor is out of bike one

Motor #1 waiting to be dropped off at Hanshaw Racing Engines

 

Bike #1 is down and onto Bike #2

 

How different was taking this bike apart? I like how easy these are to take apart versus say my friends zx6rr.

Btw love the shots of bike number 2.

 

There are a few more nuts and bolts on the 2013 over the 2012's but it wasn't a substantial difference. That said Triumph is using more Torx bit bolts than ever.

 

Who is making the bodywork for the 13's?
