Hi guys, I realize this is a topic beaten to death here, but I have a nasty buzz on my 08 daytona 675 (07 engine) that occurs randomly.
Sometimes the bike is the smoothest ride ever and other times the buzz/vibration/rattle comes around 6-8k rpm, steadily increases with rpm and makes it feel like the bike is about to fall apart. I cant really tell where the buzz is coming from but it is felt throughout the bike.
I suspect its the cct but just last week it didnt have this issue. Ive also heard horror stories about camchain snapping due to the manual cct or something about how inline 3s need to retain the auto cct due to how they work differently from i4s.
Can anyone tell their experience using the manual cct to reinsure my confidence.
