rattler , there was a post somewhere on here in early 2008 ,if i remember it was from il8apex (tom). he got an R1 denso pump and it did fit , there is a BUT tho. i cant remember if it was that the fuel level light mount was different or the outlet angle was different (suppose the light is no issue on a race bike) , but maybe worth a search (just too lazy right now)
So I have now fitted the R1 fuel pump to the spare tank and all's the same apart from not having a fuel level sensor and the round(ish) fixing plate is different. So I still need to get a Triumph fixing plate or I will try to modify the R1 version to fit (holes don't line up for all of the 6 mounting bolts).

12. Forks: Honda CBR 600RR (08), Kawasaki ZX6RR (03)
Comments: Honda 600RR is direct fit.
So just to clarify before I go pick these up, A set of 07-08 CBR 600 Forks will go DIRECTLY onto my bike without ANY issues? Reason I ask is that this thread specifically states the 08 forks. But my reseach says that 07 and 08 forks are the same. Just want to be sure not to waste my money. Thanks

Anybody know anything about passenger pegs? I've seen the Sprint pegs, which are slightly longer with a different angle, and look like they might fit. Also, I've heard the Speed Triple's will fit, but they don't look too much longer. My girlfriend has long legs, and this is the only thing keeping us from longer rides, so I need some help!

Thanks everybody!

Well I had my wheels powdercoated and I needed to buy new bearings and seals. Anyway long story short the dealer had the parts on BO for about 2-3 weeks which is too long to wait. A buddy of mine did some research and found out Suzuki and Honda makes bearings and seals that are compatible with the D675. Also prices for the bearings are alittle bit cheaper than what the Triumph dealer is asking for. Hope this helps someone.

Here is the list:

REAR WHEEL BEARINGS (2 REQ)

SUZUKI PART# 08133-62047

---------------------------------

FRONT WHEEL BEARINGS (2 REQ)

SUZUKI PART# 08133-60047

REAR LEFT OUTER WHEEL BEARING (1 REQ) SPROCKET CARRIER

SUZUKI PART# 09262-25061

---------------------------------

REAR LEFT OIL SEAL (1 REQ) SPROCKET SIDE

SUZUKI PART# 09283-35028

----------------------------------

FRONT WHEEL OIL SEALS (2 REQ)

HONDA PART# 90753-074-003

REAR RIGHT OIL SEAL (1 REQ) BRAKE SIDE

HONDA PART# 91252-KZ4-003

can anyone confirm that the rear sprocket is the same as something else.
i saw a supersprox trimetal stealth advertised on ebay uk and the number matched a suzuki number , but not sure of which suzuki model ??

All I've compiled for now. Yeh, direct fit wheels would be nice. Anyone else know anything?
I tried to click on that link on here for the R-6 wheels that fit with some mod's but it's not working.....can anyone give a good link or a quick run down of what you have to do to make them fit?

Fuel pump

Another option for the fuel pump is the one from the Triumph Sprint 1050. By making the assumption that there would be a degree of standardisation on this part, I managed to get a 2008 model for next to nothing.

The pump connections are identical to the daytona one, though internally to the tank its slightly different.

It came with the fixing plate which needed another notch filing in it to orientate the pump in the tank correctly. I've only done a few miles with it, but it seems to work fine.

I don't know about the fuel level sensor yet as I've yet to run the fuel level down, but its only for the track so not an issue for me.

if the cbr forks bolt up direct does this mean the cbr front wheel is a direct fit withough any mods? there werent any mods mentioned for the cbr forks whatsoever, as where the kawi forks needed the fork caliper mounts swapped to accept it. can someone verify cbr wheel may be a direct fit?

The 600rr forks are not a direct swap, unless you can use the 600rr axle for the 675 wheel because the lowers are different.

I also read that the diameter where the triples mount are different diameters, but that is unconfirmed.
