as a long distance dirt rider, lemme tell ya, the STR is a wonderful street bike. not a dirt bike. the rake/trail of the front end will not work in the dirt, it's wash out city. sure, knobbies will make it better but in the dirt you need totally different geometry.Nice neyzen! If I had the money, I'd like to get a wrecked Street Triple and put longer travel suspension on it and do logging roads/easy trails. Others will say "Why not just get a Tiger 800?". Two reasons.....I like the power delivery of the Street much better(the Tiger 800's is too soft imo) and it weights too much!
Nice work. How much did that put you back (if you don't mind me asking)?Picked her up from my tuner today, they skimmed the head, and put daytona cams in.

I cleaned it not to long ago, but really working on low speed manuvres for my riding test, so plenty of rear brake dust being made and dirty back rim.cool, looks good! :cool2:
