 Been there, done that!if you use ratchet straps to lift your motorcycle...you might be a *******.

Keep in mind...my opinion is very different from the masses...most love it no matter if the baffle is in or out. Your opinion will have to wait until you get to hear/ride it in person, don't take my word for anything! So far, it looks like everyone loves it without the baffles. I haven't ridden with them out yet.Let me know how you like it without the baffles cause I was thinking of getting the Arrow slip ons but sounds like it may not be worth it... Thx :biker:
Excellent excellent excellent. Yeah, I feel like I'm missing out with the tuneable front suspension and all. Radial brakes are probably pretty badass too.I rode 150 miles to my trusted mechanic and we put street triple r front end (forks and such) on my standard. With gold calipers, Daytona master cylinder, speed triple fat bars, new tiers. The works!
Then rode 150 miles back home. Wow exceptionally better than the standard i can say this because i rode the bike back to back equal good distance.
All in all great day!

Yeah the breaks are amazing. But they would be straight up scary if it didn't have the better forks to compliment the breaks. The combination though even with all that extra stopping power feels like you have a lot more control of the bike then the standard setup.Excellent excellent excellent. What is that rear huger you have above your rear wheel? What model bike is it for? I want one to protect the rear shock. (Not really a fan of fenders for naked bike but also want to make sure rocks dont destroy my shock).Rode the bike a decent distance today...had some delicious pho...met up with some friends...going to have a nice day trip tomorrow and meeting up with a couple friends. What a nice weekend.
There is 5 issues? What were they what year/modek bike?Went to dealer, had 5 recall/warranty items taken care of woo![]()
I asked the same question earlier and didn't get an answer. Does any one know the current number of recalls on the 2013? Mine was built on 1/13 and dealer only had ABS and cable guide nut recall. There is 5 issues? What were they what year/modek bike?
i had the headlights replaced as they started to go 'hazy'....was there a indicator recall?I asked the same question earlier and didn't get an answer. Does any one know the current number of recalls on the 2013? Mine was built on 1/13 and dealer only had ABS and cable guide nut recall.
It's a stock hugger from a Daytona 675. Not sure if it protects (could maybe); more so than just for looks...at least I just got it for looks. What is that rear huger you have above your rear wheel? Excellent, glad to hear it made it to you.Anyway if you have not done so yet on your standard street triple swap the rear shock for a daytona one at the very least. You can snag them pretty cheap used. That mod is a 100% must for any standard street triple considering the affordability and simplicity. The stock shock is straight up junk in comparison.
By the way I got the rear stock fender kit! Thanks again that was great. Havent put it on yet since i dont need it. But come a day i need to take out the rear blinkers ill need it (threads in my rear fender for the rear blinkers are cross threaded to hell and back).
....PR2's are great tires(burned through two sets on my BMW K1200S), but they took the longest of any tire I've ever used to "break in" before I felt comfortable on them...
yeah, i gotta say you guys are probably right. and my initial concerns were unfounded.I just put pilot road 3s on mine 2 days ago...
