Well done to Jimmy Dye for winning the championship, very mature riding all season, well deserved mate.

It has been a pleasure racing with you all this year, thanks to all for making this series so enjoyable to compete in.

Huge huge thanks to my team who worked so hard all season, it seems like they do all the hard work and I get all the fun, could not do it without you guys and that what makes a great team.

Roll on 2008

Many congrats to Jimmy Dye :2tu

And, of course, many congrats to you for winning the Triumph Triple old geezers Challenge :2tu

You certainly made hard work of it, through no fault of your own I should add :? , but got there in the end and thoroughly deserved it after all the effort you've put in :hl

Congratulations to Jimmy, and to you too Ricky, winning the TTC.

You have been consistent at every race meeting, despite all the problems that you have had throughout the season.

On behalf of all of us at AJH Racing, I would like to thank each and every one of you for making us so welcome this year. We have enjoyed the craic in the paddock and the competitiveness on the racetrack. There are some great riders out there, who will go far, and we have made many friends.

Thanks to all that attended our farewell party on Sunday night and enjoyed a beer or two (or 3) and some grub. I know some of you had to head off on Sunday evening, but needless to say, you missed out !!

It was nice to hear your favourable comments and glad that we were able to contribute (Irish Style) to the first year of this Triumph Triple Challenge Championship.

It was also great to see Ritchie Welsh, up and about, and we wish you a continued speedy recovery. Keep taking the drugs and you will be fine!!

As yet we have not decided what we are doing next year, but I am sure Aj will keep you posted, via his website and the forums.

If anyone is interested in putting Camera's on their bikes next year, please contact me, as you can only benefit from using them, as we have this year, and the coverage on Motors TV has also been great.

Roll on 2008 !!

Bye4now, Jackson.

Triple challenge Season

Just want to second the comments here- what a superb debut season for the Triple Challenge, so many different winners, very close racing, and a fantastic final round. Six riders all within a sec of each other, into the last corner virtually side by side- no one watching dared breath, let alone predict the final outcome.

Well done to Ricky and Jimmy for your well earned championship wins, and to all the riders for great entertainment.

And may I say a big thanks to Tony for all his hard work and committment this year- for a new series I for one think it was fantasic- well done!

Well Done All

Eer Eer, allthough i managed to sustain a few nasty incidents and personally not a great year for me #3  the series was a success all the late nights Cherub put in working out the costs and working with Tony closley over the winter and put a socket and screwdiver in her hand and at weekends we were getting Tony out of bed on Saturday and Sunday so we could get the bikes finished for the first race meeting. with Paul Tovey who deserves a real good egg as well
The Missus certainly deserved the Cheeky Cherub award :D

Tony did pull everything together nicely and created a great addition to the BEMSEE line up

I hope next year we get an even better series than this year! and the last round at Brands was a real humdinger some people are saying it was the race of the season with 3 people all within 4 points of second in the championship with a brand new road going 675 on offer it was gloves off allthough the racing allthough fierce was still very clean watch it on Motors TV, weekend after next :D

Well thank you Odd Ball. Personnally for me the year has been a disaster so your words have gone some way to make it all better.

[1] I started the year as assistant pit bitch. I am now demoted to assistant to the assistant pit bitch and struggling to hold onto that.
[2] I know way more than it is healthy to know about exhaust wrapping and ceramic coating.
[3] I am now writing meeting minutes again (this finished in my other life ten years ago).
[4] I have suffered abuse at the very hands of those I wish to help about my riding skills (Boothy your comment about me needing stabilisers will be remembered!)

On the other hand

[1] I always used to pop an extra nut or bolt or whatever I had laying around into number three cylinder for good luck but it never seemed to work.
[2] I am now consultant to The FIM on exhaust coatings.
[3] My secretary doesn't know it yet but she is about to develop an interest in bike racing.
[4] So I need stabilisers do I? How many times did you crash? Let's count them 1, 2, 3..................

It was a great year. Fantastic racing. Brilliant friends. A lot learnt which means that TTC/YG 08 will indeed be better again.

Congratulations to both championships winners (thought you were doing a Toseland at the last few rounds Ricky - trying NOT to win it!)

And well done to all competitors for giving us all a championship worth watching! Now all you need to do is get yourselves motivated to the next level - BSS? WSS? I'm sure there's a few in the pack who could make it - good luck to you all...

Thanks keabs, hope you are well, the last few rounds were a little difficult, must of walked under a ladder  .

Glad you enjoyed watching, but why not dust your leathers down and give it a go, you know you want to

I am sure we will see a couple of the lads at the sharp end of top level racing in the future.
