Belated post due to me simply forgetting to post this while I have been on the PC.

I spotted a graphite 675 which looked very similar to mine on Wednesday morning whilst I was doing my good deed for the day. I spotted it parked on Carlisle street somewhere amongst the shopping strip not too far from Hoddle street (going AWAY from the beach end). Didn't get a GOOD look due to concentrating on not getting the bike's wheel getting stuck in the tram track due to it being a thin enough to fit in (I think hehe) them, a good ol' CB250RS.
Might have been me dude....was Las Chicas for a late breakfast....next to balaclava station.......

I now have DOUBLED my spotted 675s (besides the 2 I went to meet in a planned ride/meetup). It MASSIVELY jumped from 3 to 6 today!!!!! *edit* 3 in like 14 months and now 3 in ONE DAY!

Spotted a red 675 (I think it was "Tiga" from other mbike forums but I have never actually seen her riding her 675 so that counts!) first, then 20-30 minutes later I spotted a graphite 675 and then finally to top it off I saw a scorched yellow one, albeit it was parked... near ACMI

Later in the day, had some prick try to push/shove in front of me whilst we were both behind a tram. We were all at traffic lights, 2 lanes merging into 1 just a few car lengths after the intersection. If that was the case, I'd be stuck behind the idiot (driving an riced-up piece of crap subaru RX :rotfl ) while he would be stuck behind the tram. I had my gf on the back and she told me at the traffic lights we all had taken off from she "needed to go" so I didn't want her to umm, *cough* give the bike a not asked for "wash" so I gave it some throttle, popped a wheelie and got behind the tram first, filtered in the inside car lane (lined up with parked cars but had lots of room to filter in through), passed the tram, indicated, moved into the lane and continued on our merry way.

I was pleased to see that the start and/or finish of the quick wheelie didn't "shock" force my gf into an early "washing of my bike" thingo ;) And that we got home about 2 to 4 minutes earlier than if the RX "driver" bet us to getting behind the tram and we would have had to wait minutes/ages (it's all relative! ;) ) sitting behind the 'driver' of the POS as they definitely could not pass the tram until a LONG LONG way down the road.

- Sorry for any insanely bad spelling and/or grammar, I'm a few hours past ma usual sleep time as my gf usually wakes up in 4 hrs as she starts work at 7am (but gets to be home by 2:04PM :D ) and my brain is kind of in a zombie mode. Fairly much like most car "drivers" state of mind when they are driving their FULLY SIK CARS MOITE! (MOITE = mate said with their accent - As I said. I'm ZOMBIE mode.. I am most likely not coming across that good at present. heh. I apologise. I should post whore more so I learn to post 'above the standard' even when I am asleep at the keyboard.)

I just HAD to do a quick check of todays posts as I pretty much spent the whole day since 6am being busy + riding my bike during our glorious sunny day (sucks bad for our water storage supplies though!) and then we spent yet another evening/night out socialising with friends. My (injured) shoulder still doesn't like gravity too much but my mind is kind of starting to kick start into a somewhat normal feeling. It's just been on exactly 1 year and 10 days since I had the exploratory surgery that went in through my neck and found scar tissue blocking my brachial plexus.

Oh well, 1 year of pain, gimpy shoulder, not being medically fit to work but the upside is.. I can still ride! - just no where near as much as I could if I wasn't injured, I don't want to push the odds and injure myself while I am healing from my pre-existing said nerve injury. Oh yeah, and continuing on my random bouts of blabbering crap-o-lola! :p

Stay safe people!

Spotted a brand new graphite 675 tonight on the way home (unfortunately I was driving not riding), at the end of Coronation Drive, Towoong end, it looked brand new, he had a temporary Rego and a dealers tag on the key still, another Honda I think pulled up beside him the a red Daytona 600 or 650, all directly in front of me at the lights...lovely to see.

Saw a graphite heading south on the Emerald - Pakenham Road with a bunch of Jap bikes around 10.40 Sunday morning. Rider wearing sliver / grey leathers. Bloody windy for a ride through the tree strewn hills I think.

Saw a graphite heading north along the Maroondah Highway through Coldstream Cup Day around 5ish in the afternoon after a fun jaunt along the Black Spur my chickie on back. Lots'o'bikes out :D but just as many mobile road blocks :x .

Saw a Scorted Yellow on Chapel St Prahran (near the market) today about 2:30pm. Had a ventura rack and black matching bag. I was in the work ute so couldn't stop or anything.
