Would you adjust valve clearances because of that cheeky cyl 3? I thought the exhaust side was supposed to tighten in the long run. I'm at 20k, there's also the 12k readings below.

You will probably not get a lot of responses here as there are not a lot of guys doing their own valves. Those of us that do would be asking ourselves, "do I have the valve I need" and "how much of a pain is it to find one" My answer would be to pull the cams, measure and record all of them and know what I need and have it on hand the next time I tear into anywhere near that part of the motor. Unless the weather is shit and you have plenty of space to leave your bike in bits, then maybe get the shim. I'm in Florida we can ride anytime and I don't like having a mess in the garage.
