So my battery went dead after bike sat all winter (of course). Then i charged it and it started but shut off immediately after i took it of the charger. so i bought a new battery and a new tire (got a staple in with about 500 miles on a new tire) and everything is golden started right up drove around for 15 or 20 mins but when i got back i got off and walked in garage and walked back out and I HAVE NO HEADLIGHTS!!!!!!. Both the bright and running light are not working. So i checked the fuses and all are fine including the one behind the tank. I am going to actually check the bulbs this afternoon but wouldnt the fuse blow before the headlights? If the lights are still good what is next? I am clueless and have no idea what to do.....Here in florida can't ride without headlights and it is perfect weather out!! someone please help

Did you try turning the high beam on? If the low beam burned out you wouldn't have any headlights as one is low and the other is high.
Do you have a volt meter? If you do, or can get one, you can check to see if juice is getting to the headlights. If not, you can always get new bulbs at like walmart and return them if they don't work.
