I bought a yoydyne fairing stay /gauge mount because triumph has the factory part on back order. It seems nice and light but the fairing mount does not match up with either my street body work or my armor bodies track plastics.
Has anyone else bought one of these or had this issue??
Did you drill or make some sort of adaptor??

Any advice is appreciated.

Can you loosen it at the steering head and make it line up, then tighten it?

I have been looking at one of these for a spare.

Yoyodyne= Racing racing parts. It's not make for headlights or street body work.

I was surprised how well it mounted considering that it's hand made.

he said it doesn't match up with his armour bodywork either, I took this as "Track" bodywork.

Which means it might not work on my Sharkskins either.

Did you drill after this was mounted or before?

I drilled a new location for the mounting hole with my Catalyst Racing Composites Bodywork. It does not line up with one of the holes for the wind screen. It requires a unique hole location...
