This is the cast aluminum piece that mounts to the intake snorkel and supports the front fairing and windscreen. Aka fairing stay (thanks Cylax).

The part you're after is also known as a fairing stay. Yoyodyne makes an aluminum fairing stay for ~$10 cheaper than bikebandit also...
