Don't see any difference in IE. Just to test my BS-tolerance, I loaded Chrome. The site does run better in Chrome, but you can still clearly see that the banner at the top of the page is an issue. Thanks for trying though.

If you notice a particular ad is giving you trouble, could you grab us a screenshot? Might be some issue in it's coding.

As for IE, we try to do the best we can with that one, but as it is largely unsupported by Microsoft anymore, it is much more susceptible to security bugs and other issues, which causes a lot of browsing issues that we cannot recreate or diagnose usually.

Are you on PC or mobile? What browser or app are you using to access the site?

Are you seeing any dialogue hanging in the bottom left corner of your window? Some like "Waiting on..." and then a URL.

Is it particularly bad when you try to perform a certain task? Open a forum, reply using quick reply, send a pm, etc?

Also what skin are you using on the site? You can double check this by scrolling to the bottom left of the page.
Can you try clearing your browsers cache and cookies?
