TuneECU race ecu

2012 675R. It seems to connect, but it can't talk with the ECU. TuneECU should work with the race kit ECU, right? I'm trying to turn off the check engine light for the exhaust valve.

That's kind of what I did. I didn't have the computer problems you had but I also didn't want to pack my laptop to trackways anymore due to theft issues. So I picked up an old Nexus 7 tablet. It works really well. It might even be faster than the Windows version.

I'm running into this exact issue now. I need to alter the RACE ECU map because we found a "glitch" when it switches from low throttle load map to the TPS based map. It's basically a big jump in richness and causes the bike to stumble, almost like hitting the quick shifter but not shifting.

Trying to connect with TuneECU from my laptop, which all works on my 2008. But no luck with my 2013 and Race ECU. I'd be willing to try the Android/bluetooth route, but sounds like I can download/upload maps with it?

My goal is to download the map, send to tuner so he can modify, then upload that.

According to the TuneECU website, something's messed up with it on Windows 10 and above, they recommend only using the smartphone app right now. I haven't tried to crack into my Daytona's race ECU with it, but I've used it to upload the Aprilia race map on a 2019 Tuono using a set of Lonelec cables and it worked perfectly.
