I moved from Texas to Georgia last year... We have a ton of awesome tracks here... We got Barber (Best) in Alabama, along with Lil Tally In Alabama too... Then there is Road Atlanta in Atlanta, Roebling in Savannah, and my second favorite, Jennings in FL... Then there are about 4 more if you want to drive a little farther... But I am near Fort Benning and all those tracks are within 3.5 hours of me.

That's awesome man, I'm really looking to get some track time any where in the next 2 months. I gotta raise up some money to buy things I might need.

What's required for a track day? Trackday costs? Gear rules? Bike rules and etc.

Are you active duty military by chance? Jennings is 130 a day, with a 10 dollar entrance fee per person...

Barber is anywhere from 200-250 a day.

Lil Tally is about 100-150 a day.

They pretty much all want full leathers, gauntlet gloves, boots, undamaged helmet... Then the bike should be safety wired on the oil filter and drain, and have the coolant replaced with water. Then of course if you have headlights and blinkers... Disable and tape them up.

Hey bud welcome to Georgia. I've been to robeling road a lot as its the closest from me. I live in savannah. The costs there are 255 for track day school and then 155 per track day.

I just did my first track day at Little Tally with Marietta Motorsports and it was a awesome!! The cost was $150 and lunch was provided. The bike requirements were: safety wire on oil drain plug, oil filter, oil fill plug and change out coolant with water wetter or similar product and taped headlights and tail lights I also removed the tag, reflectors and mirrors. I don't think anything is required if you do a novice class with STT other than taping the lenses but no safety wiring or coolant change is required from what I was told but its a good idea just to be on the safe side. Gear requirements were the same as listed above. It was so much fun I hope to do Barber with STT next and maybe Road Atlanta later in the year with them also. Hope to meet y'all out there at one of the days. And if your looking for gear keep checking on here and other forums also eBay I got a very lightly used A* GP Pro leathers for $400 on eBay and new they are $1100 so there are good deals to be found just keep looking.
