I have replaced all of the plastics, the gauges, the wiring harness and handle bars.
I did not replace the forks or wheel, but supposedly the previous owner has. So thanks for pointing that out I wouldn't have ever known.

My plans are to finish it and ride it. But I have been dealing with it not wanting to start. I have spark, and fuel but it just cranks. I have checked power at cps, stator, and the r/r they all are in range so it's left me completely clueless.

Also I have done a compression check and it looked good! I

My guess is ninja forks. I can't remember which generation but one of them had the same diameters for the triples and were longer than the Daytona forks.
