As I continue to break down the bike and find what is missing and what remains, I came across another mystery connector under the seat alongside the OBII port. I cant figure out where or what it went to. please help. thank you

It's for the alarm. It should have a bridged blanking plug attached.

As already stated, without the blanking plug the bike won't start. Just buy one on ebay

There is no other plug and the bike starts fine

Judging by the unsheathed and re-wrapped wires in the photos, I'd say the previous owner has 'modified' something to make it run.

I think you’re right, I’ll need to look at it in person again but looking at the photo I see yet another cut wire, ugh
