The superstock showing will be interesting. Other than that, yea...really lame.
About as close to a spec R6 class as you can get.

14 R6's, 1 Triumph, and 1 Kawasaki :biggrinjester:

Can they just go ahead and rename the 600 classes to "Yamaha Racing Series"?

This is a joke...

I had such high hopes and was so excited for this group to turn American racing back into what it once was but it's becoming clear now it's just going to be more of the same. Just another way for Yamaha to pump tons of money into something and come out with "championships".

Win on Sunday, sell on Monday. Pretty hard not to win when you're the only brand out there...

from the beeb
A couple MV 675s giving it a go.

Veloce Racing - Hayden Gillim - MV Agusta F3

ZAG Racing - Javelin Broderick - MV Agusta F3

The Veloce program and Hayden could be a front running combo.

Isn't that every year? :( I wish there was more incentive for people to try other factories. Why bother when the R6 is such an obvious choice right? :pout:
The manufacturer points standings from the 2014 600 Supersport class in AMA Pro were:
1. Suzuki
2. Yamaha
3. Kawasaki
4. Triumph
5. Honda

Point standings for the DSB class

1. Yamaha
2. Triumph
3. Honda
4. MV
5. Suzuki
6. Kawasaki
7. Ducati

It's the first year for MotoAmerica and it hasn't even started. Give it a little time before you start freaking out about how it's no different.

He's a member on this forum, not super active though. I know him from the club racing series I run, he's been an instructor at our track days for years and a great guy.

Wishing Sam the best of luck in 2015!
Well shit, have him chime in!

TJ, why not run privateer Triumphs. :)
Alright guys, take out your wallets. Buy more stuff so this happens! lol :pout:

I'd gladly race the old RD 675 bikes in MotoAmerica. Hell, I'd do it for free. All I'll need is a full size camper at every event with every meal catered (by Taco Bell, since I know we're on a budget).

That's a good question. Racing isn't cheap and the budget is normally $30,000-40,0000 per round when done right. RD foots a majority of the bill (and covers the infrastructure like the semi, pit equipment etc) but we would like the manufacturer to offer some help in exchange for the exposure that we offer.

Didn't Attack run a few rounds with no graphics. I think Rapp threw a chain on the front straight at RA on a black kaw.

Put the OG Brian on the bike and run "select" rounds flying his own colors.
