As for rear damper, R rear damper of one comes up or the R1 from 2009 or 2010 look a good option. I’ve got that a 0.5mm need shaving off. But it’s a little bit longer and feel that gonna mess with the geo?
I put a “R” rear shock on my 2013 non R bike. It is a little longer but will bolt right up. It did change the geometry a little and I found on more extreme lean angles my rear tire would slip just a little. I reduced the spring pre load to settle the rear end down a little bit in general and mostly in corners. The rear tire hasn’t slipped since. It did put me out of my SAG numbers a little bit but it doesn’t bottom and I’m pretty happy with it as it is now.
