I'm just feeling the water here before we dip in!
We currently make about 2 low systems a month for Daytonas and Street Triples using stock headers and our own link pipe with a choice of can, usually a Scorpion one. We have sold these all over the world but shipping costs for headers can be expensive. Especially if the buyer wants to send us his or her stock headers to mod rather than us supply an eBay set and just ship one way.
So we are looking at offering a smaller kit. Idea is we will supply a stub to be welded onto the stock headers just after the collectors, a link pipe to go onto the stub, a can and bracket.
The mid section has the correct tuned length for optimum power on the 675 but we can make these any length or style.

So is there a market for kits?

Can I get a pm please. My questions are: how much, will you make one for my 11 daytona, and what cans can I choose from.

I'm assuming also that besides the stub that needs to be welded the rest of the system will be straight bolt on? Minus the tuning I will have to do to remove the exup and stuff.

I'm going to move this into the trade area so I can post prices and not have to keep PMing people.
We are in talks with someone in the US to distribute for us. That will bring shipping cost down we hope. But yes we can at the moment bulk ship and this will bring costs down.
Systems will work fine with the low tune by Triumph and we can offer tunes with systems.
I give all our tunes away free anyway so thats not a problem. We are however using TuneECU only at customers requests as we now get far better results with other methods.

The kit will come with a choice of silencer, two styles and three materials to choose from. A stub to weld to the stock headers just after the O2 sensor vus removing the CAT and in the case of the Daytona the exhaust valve. A mid tube section, a silencer and a bracket to mount the silencer to the rear foot rest mounting point. So sorry no rear pegs allowed.

Sorry guys been away at Assen so not had time to reply.
System or kit will be available for all models. Currently we have jigs made for the 2006/12 Daytona and 2007/12 Street Triple. We just need to sort the 2013s out.

Heres a pic of one fitted to my Street T

You can have the Serket can as pictured in stainless steel, carbon or Titanum.
Also we are doing the loud GP1 can

The Serket can...mmmm... That system is a thing of beauty!

A low exhaust is, in my opinion, the single best mod I've installed. The weight loss up high is unbelievable!
