So I bought my 2014 daytona 675 used and they said they had the full-system arrow map installed to disable the EXUP valve (however arrow slip on is fitted) and run a little richer.
They also had bazzaz installed and a custom tune on it. I am new to the superbike world and I could just constantly smell fuel when the bike was just idling, add to that I am hardly getting 13 km/l efficiency (30.58 mpg, riding below 7k) I decided to connect my PC to the bazzaz unit and see the fuel map. I have attached the photo of the same below and I see huge % additions to the fueling, which I think is a little excessive given that it is already running the full-system arrow map(slightly richer).

What do you guys think?

You can't tell how rich/lean it is just by looking at the map. You need to put it on a dyno to check.

But surely the daytona 675 couldn't be running 40% lean at places from the factory?

That's not quite how it works. To put it simply, Bazzaz and PCV use a different algorithm to calculate fuel inputs. They are not a straight translation.
