I was planning to go to the CMRA round at TWS this weekend but the weather there is looking like poo.

Current forecast is looking good up North....anyone planning on going this weekend?

I was planning on going, but those butt-heads at Vanson can't seem to make a set of leathers within 4 months, and all communication seems to be me calling or emailing them and asking WTF? Last email they sent me was in January with a mock-up of how they would look. I have other leathers I could wear, but the only back protector I have (from my old suit) has no straps and won't fit into my other jackets. And FYI, rental leathers suck. I may go just to let my son ride his 50 around the in-field.

They (Vanson) appear to have found my leathers and are going to over-night them for free. Not sure exactly when they are going out though. I signed up for the Sunday lapping day. Hopefully, I won't have to cancel.

DUDE! Did you see the weather forecast? It don't get any better.
Hardly any wind, 74 degrees max, cloudy so no glare, only 10% chance of rain.

Sunday was great. Rode with a cold, but still had fun. Only 16 bikes in advanced group. Almost crashed coming out of the "Bus stop". Got on the gas just a little too early and got an areal view of my bike. Luckily, I came down on the seat (and shifter), and didn't get run over. Can't wait for the next one.

I was there. It was FABULOUS, particularly Sunday. :thumbsup:
I took the Speed Triple and the Panigale. I was able to get 5 sessions in on Speedy and 7 on her Italian cousin.
Anybody going on April 20th? I figure it is the perfect way to kick-off the week of the Rat-raid.

Normally, I would, but I have to go to Atlanta that week for a training seminar that I'm giving for work. Plus, I'll be in Tulsa the 25th and 26th competing at season opening PMRA drag races. Would like to do the Rat Raid, but schedules keep conflicting.
