Im getting my front end redone in a few weeks. Have the new compression valves and proper springs. Question I have is, with me being 130 lbs without gear, would it be worth doing the rebound vavles also. All the stuff I'll be using is racetech stuff, about five track days a year, canyon riding in the weekends, and commuting during the week. Opinions?

What group/pace do you normally run at the track?
Im right in the middle pace wise. I can run mid pack in middle speed group. Im not breaking any lap records by any means.

But I CHOOSE to ride beginner becuase I ride to the track, then run it all day, then have to ride it home. There are a TON of clowns that ride in the group that I should be in and are constant crashs. So I take myself down a group and get to the front of the line. For about 15 out of the 20 minutes, I just about have the whole track to myslef.....works out nicely.

I jsut need a dedicated track bike, but thats a different thread.

+1, sounds like you're a good enough rider to notice the difference.
If you wanna go faster, suspension is the first place to spend your money.

If the bike handles better, your confidence goes up, when your confidence goes up, so does your speed!
