Faint knocking/tapping sound concern

Just thought I’d post this again with a YouTube video for better context.


Recently picked up a 2014 striple r with 16000kms.
I know these bikes make a lot of noises from the cct etc but I’m hearing this very faint thumping/knocking sound coming near the top end of the motor.
