Me and my Brother on his R6, from Glen Fork, WV to the Gorge, with a side trip through Gauley Mountain and Hawks Nest state park, it was a fun ride!

And the first chain cleaning and lube on the Daytona :)

Yes i've ridden it, to me the Daytona just falls in to the curves so much better, the bike feels more of a part of your own geometry.

The R6 feels like you have a boat between your legs and you have to kindly "throw" it into the corners.

I'd take the Daytona over the R6 anyday.
Nice bikes.

I love the R6 styling but the seats are so damn wide and the riding position is akward.
everything feels wide compared to the 675 imo. Good call on picking the 675 handling over the R6, we would have had to ebeat you down otherwise :biggrinjester:
haha trust me, i've tested both bikes and the Daytona wins over the R6 in every shape and form. Only thing about the R6 I like better is it has a little more under seat storage haha

ya, i at least wished there was easy access for some registration and insurance papers. I just keep them tucked behind the windshield.
Yeah I just keep mine in my wallet, that way I just unzip my jacket pocket and take my liscense, insurance, and registration all from the same place. All thats under my seat is some glasses wipes, a fold up hex key set, and a portable USB charger incase my phone dies.

My insurance and registration is one page each, way too big to keep in a wallet.

did you add a cigarette outlet to you bike  J/J i keep a garage door opener in my chest jacket pocket and programmed all three buttons the same so i can just pound my chest with my gloves on as im pulling up to the house. probably look like a fool doing it. :biggrinjester:

haha nah, Duracell makes these portable charger things, like 20$ at Walmart and they work wonders!

I can think of plenty of advantages the R6 holds over the 675:whistle:
I think he means that the 675 "feels" better to him than the R6. I don't think we are talking about the actual difference in handling.
R6 might be a McBike but it does handle quite very well.
