I have a 07 that is throwing a code for all 3 coil packs 'primary/secondary coil pack"......

I can't imagine how all three would be toasted at the same time....

Reset the error code and see if it comes back straight away. My guess is it won't. Sometimes random codes get thrown when the voltage drops below a certain point as you're cranking. Do you live in a cold climate?

They have came back twice.

Have you removed them at all? Check the earth leads on the battery and frame are tight.

I have, there is power all the way thru.
The coils it self read 1.6ohms
But it don't send a spark.

Are you sure you've put them back in properly? They are a very tight fit and you need to feel a click for them to be seated correctly.
