I was riding today and was in 6th going about 65 all the sudden I lose power to the wheel ? Pulled over cause I had no choice shifted down to 1st let the clutch out bike doesn't die speddo says I am moving but I am not and it won't move at all in any gear there is no power to the rear wheel what so ever . It would clunck going into gears but never felt like it was slipping . Could anyone point me in the right direction is it clutch disks or worse I'm thinking the worst right now but I haven't even got it home yet still broke down on the side of the road . Please help!

Sorry it's 2012 675 with quick shift . Feels like the chain isnt even there anymore or connected to the bike I first thought I broke my chain the way it acted but the chain is still intact

I concur with the above comment. It sounds exactly like the front sprocket nut has fallen off. It is supposed to have a washer with a tab that gets bent over to prevent the sprocket nut from backing out, but it often gets overlooked and forgotten.

'Speedo says I'm moving' points to front sprocket on a non ABS bike of that vintage as that's where the speedo drive is.
