I've been lurking in this forum for a while so I thought I'd make my first post here. I've been acquiring enough gear to go motorcycle camping for a while now and me and fellow street triple buddy finally did it this weekend down in Brown County Indiana. It was an awesome first moto-camping trip.

Here's my setup:
Kriega US30 (mounted cross ways) as the base which holds my sleeping bag, sleeping pad, pillow, clothing, and towel.

On top of that I've got a big Osprey backpacking backpack that is strapped to the Kriega with Rok straps. The Osprey bag had my tent, food, flashlight, rain gear, electronics, water, and all the other miscellaneous stuff. Oh, and a bunch of disc golf discs. Can't forget the essentials.

On the way down to the camp site, the bags kept hitting me in the back, so I used a net to pin it to the back of my license plate scaffolding and it made a big difference. (not pictured)

I'm heading out for a longer trip up to the West Coast of Michigan in a few weeks so now I know I'm all set.

I've read that people don't like the combo of the US30 and Street Triple, but if you turn the bag sideways, you have plenty of seat room.

Not sure how you have the straps for the bottom bag attached but if you don't have it tied down onto the subframe then I'd give that a try. I know the straps can be mounted different ways, one of them by simply weaving the straps under the seat. By using the frame as an anchor point (times 4) then that may prevent the weight of the gear from shifting the bag forward. I have the USCOMBO30 and when I put both bags on, completely filled with gym clothes, military uniform and boots, lunch and other things, I don't don't have any issue with the bags shifting.

I am thinking about getting another 10L bag and have the two hang from the sides of the 20L but as of now I have no real need for it. You obviously don't have that option with the high mount exhausts though.

Yup, I've got the US30 secured 4x to the subframe. Love that setup. I can't imagine a setup with the tail bag that could be any more secure.

The forward leaning was a result of the giant bag that I strapped to the top of it. I solved it during the trip with a netting that forced it rearward.

On my next trip, I'm going to secure it to the passenger foot pegs with large Rok Straps as well as the net for extra piece of mind.

You are totally right about the exhausts though. The high mount exhausts are really what make this a challenge. If I had a single low exhaust, the possibilities would be endless. Right now I can only build upwards. I spend 90% of my time commuting with minimal baggage so it's not a huge deal, but it's nice to know I can take 4 days worth of camping gear if needed.

Not sure what the issue is with mounting more Kriega's on each side with the high-mount cans. This isn't my bike, but you can see a US10 on each side of a US20.

edit... Well, since you mounted the US30 sideways, that might be a game-changer. Maybe you could go this route and add another US10 or US20 on top of the US20?
