there releasing the new map pack for 360 tomm. does anyone know how they justify the time they release? is it per time zone? per where the xbox corporate office is? any clue?

I THINK it's based on time zone, and everyone on the east coast will get it a few hours before us. I seem to remember downloads I've done in the past being like that, but I may be wrong.

I tried to download it before I left for work this morning but couldn't find it. I'm on the West Coast so it will probably be available this evening.

I had to wait until lunchtime today to download mine but i am in the uk
