There are actually a few more details that Ryan left out of the story that I think make it even better. Something about refusing his ebay 'best offer' to have him purchase at full price then instantly want money back after he bought it... how's it go?
Anyway I'm not sure how dumb you can get to post pictures ON THE ****ING INTERNET WITH THE SAME USERNAME of how pretty it is, then ask for money back based on damages to areas you can clearly see aren't damaged in his unpacking pics.

He just replied to my post on his forum, its pretty comical. He says he hid the damage in his build thread. Then he says the damage was in the original pics the seller posted......wow. He's not making a case for himself.Wow, such scammers shouldn't even be on our forum. Should I leave him be a couple days or just ban him outright?
I'll leave that up to my forum family.

can you post the ebay listing please. Those black scuff marks on the midpipe are clear as day and since its in the listing picture it shouldn't be a problem.. The chip in the end cap is stupid to complain about. Unless it was marketed as "new" he shouldn't have a leg to stand on.
As of right now, he is just a douche who wants to get a discount after the fact. He is buying a used item. Used does not mean in new condition.

I log in to let him know that I have been a member since 07, I just never posted because once I signed up I realized there were far superior DSM websites available, and I get this:

Thank you. It is the buyers fault and clearly is being a scumbag. Do not accept the return if possible. Show ebay that it was installed if they give you issues.
This sums it up:
Used: An item that has been used previously. The item may have some signs of cosmetic wear, but is fully operational and functions as intended. This item may be a floor model or store return that has been used. See the seller's listing for full details and description of any imperfections.
I think they turned up their registration restrictions. Mods are manually reviewing new members. I don't think by membership is going to get through, when my interests and occupation is "ebay"...

Wow. I think the mods over there have pushed this internet scandal to the level of epic.
I do love the way people signed up though ... spoolin's mom, returning shit, etc etc. I think its way more fun over here.

The mods over there are worse than the guy since they've taken up the position of defending him and keeping their own community from the truth. Good thing we are better than that here.
