Banned IPs list

This is so everyone can help a little, if people report banned IP's. Just check this list to see if someones address is in here. If they are just let me know and I can make a change.
I will update this list everytime I make changes to the database.

I did this because of the amount of IP blocking I continue to do, and because today I blocked almost the entire 93.182.x.x range because of the huge influx that occurred this weekend. So if alot of people from Sweden start complaining I will remove only those IP's I need to. When I first started banning heavily a recently there were only 500 entries, now there are 1200+ and yet I ban a few users each day who get around the security in place.
You will see very specific numbers and some with asterisk's, that means all IPs for that range.
