April 23-26, 2015. Registrations must be received by April 15. Cost is just $30 and includes an event t-shirt and dinner at the banquet/awards ceremony Saturday evening.

This years raffle bike has not been posted yet so I'll update this post when it is. This year YOU MUST BE PRESENT TO WIN IT. Tickets can be purchased at the event.

Last year we had 11 of us from 675.net for 3 to 5 days of great riding on some of the best (and sparsely patrolled ) roads in the country. (the year before we had 10 from 675.net)
This event draws Triumph riders of all kinds from around the country, not just the central US. Four years ago, Jazman from 675.net won the raffle bike! Some group rides are offered but most riders (like us) will break into our own groups and go where we want. The only 'scheduled' activity you need to plan around is being back at the hotel by 5:30 Saturday for the banquet. Evenings are typically hanging around the bikes in the parking lot, or a campfire at the hotel back lot. This isn't some biker rally. Its all bout getting out and riding.

Feel free to ask questions about the event below and one of us MOKANARs will answer as best we can.

HOTEL INFORMATION IS LISTED TWO POSTS BELOW:

In the post below, I'll list the role call of those attending from 675.net. Just so we have an idea who is attending, either post up you ARE attending (after you have registered) or that you may be attending. ALSO LIST WHAT DAY YOU EXPECT TO ARRIVE

Good seeing you again Nate!
Holy hell Spidey, glad you made it back in one piece. It pains me to see you and your bike tumble like that. I guess its not to bad if you rode it out, just cosmetic I hope. A little birdy told me, that was the same corner as last time you went down, very strange. Must be some weird banjo-vodo shit going on down there. Get well and keep her CB, no need to get all crazy now.

Your raven carried a message of truth, there is so much banjo shit going on everywhere down there. It's mostly cosmetic other than the right rearset and some bent bars, fairing stay.

I got OEM rearsets in a box some place, let me know if you need parts.
Had a great time once again in the great Arkansas countryside with existing friends and some new ones. Even though I had an incident on Saturday it was still one of my most memorable days riding ever, for the record Nate helped me pick the bike up as well as serving as cameraman for the spectacular event (thanks man!) and we continued on our trek through the ozarks! That being said if it were not for me wearing ALL my gear the results would have been catastrophic, my gloves=ruined, my leather pants=ruined, my textile jacket=ruined, my helmet=visor scraped severely, my boots=scuffed in all the contact points as designed, MY BODY= COMPLETELY UNTOUCHED AND INTACT except for a tiny bruise on the inside of my left leg where the bike initially went down on it. I hope you all can take a second to remember that riding with gear greatly increases your chances of continuing your journey through life even if your bikes doesn't. Anyhow the raid was a great time and I'm glad you all came out and made it possible!!!
Thanks Tom, Ardell, Dan, Stefan, Mark, Keith, Tyler, Nate, and local legend Gloryracing! Was nice to meet rushlow and hope to see you all and some new faces again next year!!!

Good to meet you, too, Travis! Very glad you're OK after your get off. BTW, you can call me Bill, or Rush. See you all next year! If anyone wants my cell number so we can stay in contact, PM me. I'm on FB as Bill Rushlow.

BTW, I couldn't find the username change thread. Could someone please point me to it? Thanks!
As much as I hate to, I'm considering just turning it over to insurance and starting over with another bike (and doing a buy back on this one for the track?) breaking up is so hard.

It would help with the decision-making process if you had some idea of what the buyback price was. That would absolutely be a good track bike project - be sure to change out the oil pump / pan to the later model (see MacBandit's thread on that topic).

I'm not sure but I think we normally deduct 20% of a vehicle's value if the owner retains the total loss. On most cars we get actual salvage bids on them to determine the amount because some have more desirable parts to sell than others but I'm pretty sure we just put a percentage on bikes.

I just sent an email to check with our total loss dept and will let you know

OK - just heard it's lower than that. They don't handle MCs out of here but an average car comes in around 13-16% (depending on what the car and the damages are) so it seems like a MC is likely to come in at 10% of its value or less for a tumble like that. Someone pointed out a salvage manager who may be able to give me something more exact but he was tied up. I'll try him later.
Also - if you owner retain it, then it most likely never gets a 'salvage' title so if you sell it directly to someone, it could ultimately retain a little better value than if it had a salvage / rebuilt title. I sold my sons Mitsu 3000GT to a rebuilder with a clean title so it's out there somewhere repaired on a clean title.
Frickin test!

logged in and typed a long response. Clicked post reply and it comes up 'you are not logged in'. I cussed and assumed I wasn't logged in. Typed it all again, hit post...same damn thing. I do a short 'test' and the damn thing works! Damn computers!
Frickin test!

edit..... nevermind. I'm having trouble as well, Mark.
I am typing a really long reply here to verify if it works. I don't know if it will work or no because if I knew it would work then I wouldn't have to test it. Thats kind of silly isn't it? Shouldn't it just work the first time? Like what if it works like its supposed to and all this jibberish is posted up. I wonder if someone will one day search the term jibberish and find this post. How much wood would a woodchuck chuck if a woodchuch could chuck wood? What if the woodchuck had woodcraft sliders. Sally sells sliders by the seashore. But thats just a front for what Sally REALLY sells in back. Notice that callouses on Sally's knees?

**Edit- works for me**
Is Sally the drunk girl that was standing in the doorway at the motel showing off her bra?
Called and initiated a claim today......
