Your raven carried a message of truth, there is so much banjo shit going on everywhere down there. It's mostly cosmetic other than the right rearset and some bent bars, fairing stay.Holy hell Spidey, glad you made it back in one piece. It pains me to see you and your bike tumble like that. I guess its not to bad if you rode it out, just cosmetic I hope. A little birdy told me, that was the same corner as last time you went down, very strange. Must be some weird banjo-vodo shit going on down there. Get well and keep her CB, no need to get all crazy now.
I got OEM rearsets in a box some place, let me know if you need parts.Your raven carried a message of truth, there is so much banjo shit going on everywhere down there. It's mostly cosmetic other than the right rearset and some bent bars, fairing stay.

Good to meet you, too, Travis! Very glad you're OK after your get off. BTW, you can call me Bill, or Rush. See you all next year! If anyone wants my cell number so we can stay in contact, PM me. I'm on FB as Bill Rushlow.Had a great time once again in the great Arkansas countryside with existing friends and some new ones. Even though I had an incident on Saturday it was still one of my most memorable days riding ever, for the record Nate helped me pick the bike up as well as serving as cameraman for the spectacular event (thanks man!) and we continued on our trek through the ozarks! That being said if it were not for me wearing ALL my gear the results would have been catastrophic, my gloves=ruined, my leather pants=ruined, my textile jacket=ruined, my helmet=visor scraped severely, my boots=scuffed in all the contact points as designed, MY BODY= COMPLETELY UNTOUCHED AND INTACT except for a tiny bruise on the inside of my left leg where the bike initially went down on it. I hope you all can take a second to remember that riding with gear greatly increases your chances of continuing your journey through life even if your bikes doesn't. Anyhow the raid was a great time and I'm glad you all came out and made it possible!!!
Thanks Tom, Ardell, Dan, Stefan, Mark, Keith, Tyler, Nate, and local legend Gloryracing! Was nice to meet rushlow and hope to see you all and some new faces again next year!!!

It would help with the decision-making process if you had some idea of what the buyback price was. That would absolutely be a good track bike project - be sure to change out the oil pump / pan to the later model (see MacBandit's thread on that topic). As much as I hate to, I'm considering just turning it over to insurance and starting over with another bike (and doing a buy back on this one for the track?) breaking up is so hard.

BTW, I couldn't find the username change thread. Could someone please point me to it? Thanks!
I'm not sure but I think we normally deduct 20% of a vehicle's value if the owner retains the total loss. On most cars we get actual salvage bids on them to determine the amount because some have more desirable parts to sell than others but I'm pretty sure we just put a percentage on bikes. It would help with the decision-making process if you had some idea of what the buyback price was. .
OK - just heard it's lower than that. They don't handle MCs out of here but an average car comes in around 13-16% (depending on what the car and the damages are) so it seems like a MC is likely to come in at 10% of its value or less for a tumble like that. Someone pointed out a salvage manager who may be able to give me something more exact but he was tied up. I'll try him later.I'm not sure but I think we normally deduct 20% of a vehicle's value if the owner retains the total loss. I just sent an email to check with our total loss dept and will let you know
Frickin test!
edit..... nevermind. I'm having trouble as well, Mark.
Man that was a couple of skanks. Is Sally the drunk girl that was standing in the doorway at the motel showing off her bra?
Hope they treat you good. Does your policy cover gear?
