I have a question I recently bought a 2012 daytona and it has a blown motor. I was wondering if a 2009 would fit

Yes it will, make sure it's not a late 2008 gen 1 from the engine being grey instead of black

Just make sure it has the oval exhaust ports and not the round ones, otherwise you'll need different headers to match.
