LED indicators not working

Hi all.
First time poster, hi. I have a 2007 Daytona 675 and live in Sydney, Australia.

First up, I've searched, but can't find anything which quite fits my query.
I had rear LED indicators (installed by previous owner), and I found the left one wasn't working.
So, I got new ones, and they don't work at all.
There was hyperflashing, but I can't confirm if that is the relay, or the fact one wasn't working.
The flasher loom looks to have two positives and a single ground. The previous indicator negatives were spliced into that common ground.
The spliced ground has continuity, and there is power the the live wires. The indicators work when connected directly to the battery.
So my question is, what could be stopping the new indicators from working?
Note, all tests had the engine off.

Could very well be a relay, the standard relay was made for the bulb type ones. Anything fancy and it's best to swap seeing as it's a simple plug and play swap.

Don't bother with the triumph led relay, just grab one off eBay and see if that solves the issue

These fitted on my 2014 675 street triple, not sure if it'll fit on yours
