I'm running the T3 fully adjustable racing ones on my road bike. Not happy about the anodized finish and the fact I had to do lots of little mods to get them to clear things like the side stand spring. However they work well enough and seem to be strong so don't let me put you off.

I ended up picking up woodcraft GP shift a bit ago, like 3 months ago. Couldn't be happier.
