Some states do allow passing on a double yellow line, I believe Vermont and Pennsylvania, I would have to look it up again, but some do. Either way, there is a HUGE difference between passing on a double yellow which is going to get you a ticket and trying to deliberately run another vehicle off the road which can be pushed as far as attempted homicide with a zealous DA. There is also another video of this that another rider recorded on the same road with a gps readout for his speed. That video actually does a picture in picture thing with the original video for comparison of the speed the riders in the original video are traveling compared to the second video rider's speed. The guys in the original video weren't hauling ass, they were within 5-10 mph of the speed limit up until the first rider passed the truck and then the speed picked up some during the "chase" if you want to call it that as the truck can't corner for shit. lol.

You mean bouncing it off the rev limiter doesn't make me cool?

To the OP, I would follow the suggestions of some of the responses and purchase a gopro or similar camera. I live in Baton Rouge and the drivers here are flat out horrible especially in regards to bikes. It's amazing how quickly they start to behave when you point to the camera on your helmet.

I ride with the GoPro recording at all times. This thread motivated me to do it and it's amazing how many morons I've already encountered. It's mostly people driving like idiots but it will be there to protect me when I need it.
