The problem I am having only happens in 2nd gear during hard acceleration, throttle more than 60%. The bike feels like power(spark) or fuel is being cut starting at 8k rpm then 10K then 12K, to redline. When power does cut, it a off for a second then back on. If I slowly open the throttle in 2nd gear, its not an issue. Or if I quickly change to 3rd gear, no problems. No slippage in clutch.
here is what I have done to try and fix the problem. Fuel pump removal, test and clean. Injector removal test and clean. Spark plugs were removed and tested. Disabled airflap, removed exup mechanism and disabled via tune ecu. Diabled O2 sesnor in Tune Ecu. I have a slip on and stock air filter. Reset adaption via tune ecu and via 10-12 min idle. No avail. Others have posted about this problem but the thread dies or they never come back to post what fixed their issue. Any help would be appreciated .
