Critter chewed through a wire. How screwd am I?

Hey guys.
Just pulled my bike out of a year In storage. All is good except for a critter next under the airbox. They chewed through this wire. Can anyone tell me what it's for?
Thanks!

It seem to be a thin black wire going into the engine behind the clutch pad grouping...

Sponge looks like the one that goes between the airbox and the frame.

Yah, That's what I was thinking too.
I hope that doesn't mean I'm pulling unfiltered air into the engine...

Ok, Smart money is on it being the Oil Pressure Warning Light Switch.
Seem feasible?

Does anyone know what the behavior is when its been severed like that?

I have no warning lights on the dash.
After a year in storage, the bad boy just fired right up and sounds just as I left it.

Nah, it's upstream of the air filter, just behind where the air comes in from the great wide open. Some people will say that it could affect the pressurization of the airbox, to which I say booolybooohooo.

I don't recognize the wire. I suggest you inspect the air box for more critter nests.
