226.5rwhp Street Triple

Hi guys,

It has been a very long time since I was active here, but after many requests to start this topic from several members, I thought I would give it a go.

The initial turbo build seen 179hp, although after blowing a piston I decided to get serious. So the second build is now complete (after 12 months) and I achieved a huge 226.5hp. VERY HAPPY.

I don't have too much time usually, but will try to post up some photos and info soon.

How the hell do you keep the front end down on that? Even in stock form the front end lifts pretty easily, I imagine with 200+ it never actually touches the ground.

the initial build at 179hp was great. very light on the front, yet still easy to ride.

the latest build is VERY different. pulls power wheelies in 6th, and is very aggressive. not an easy bike to ride, but I LOVE IT! and wouldn't have it any other way ...

power wheelies in 6th...haha that's just ridiculous. Thought about running a different sprocket combo? Then again, I imagine it's hard to even hold on at 170+ on a striple

Not always a fan of these turbo builds as they are mostly tacky, but damn this is tasteful. Very well done!

yeah, i have to agree with you.

most are just kits that are bolted on, or made to fit.

This entire job has been custom from the very start, and has been created to be stealth in appearing. The turbo has been in place for 5 years, and most people do not know the difference - till i start it, or fly past them.

this is far from a kit job, and I have the bank balance to prove it - LOL
