sorry guys, no updates yet ...

I haven't ridden it for a few months, as I spent several weeks riding around UK and Europe - FREAKING AWESOME TRIP!!!

There is a 'bike only' drag meet that I am going to in a couple of weeks. Will report back then, and see how the clip ons feel .....

I also sent a spare swing arm I had sitting around to be extended.

Not sure if it will be a full custom job, or just extension blocks, or even the length yet. Depends on the cost really ...

Extended swing arms aren't my thing, but it may help improve my times ....

Well swingarm is now complete. I didn't go extension blocks, and decided on a more custom look.

Pretty happy with the way it turned out actually.

Looks amazing. I've been following your build thread, thanks for the update! It was like a bonus Christmas gift this morning. What did you end up doing for the swingarm? Again, done very tastefully and looks really clean. The ONLY extended bike I've ever liked, seeing how it is completely purpose built for straight up speed. Good luck at the strip! Have to report back!

First test ride went really well.

Cornering is a little tough with a 'Drag Only' tyre and the additional 6 inches, but that's not what the bike is about at the moment.

I wanted it to look as standard as possible. So instead of blocks, I had a mate extend it to look like it was always there .... Including the brake hanger.
