battery issue

I just recently changed both my stator and rr, but the bike still won't cut on. Do I need to just charge my battery first? Or could it be a bigger issue

How many volts is the battery reading?

The sooner you introduce motorcycles into your children's lives, the less likely they'll have money for drugs, alcohol and cigarettes as teenagers.

if I jump it it'll read 13 but then eventually will go down to around 7 volts. If I turn it off and then try again it'll stay around 6-7 volts

You need a new battery.
