Quasi New Triple R Owner

Howdy,
by way of introduction, i have been lurking for months if not longer and recently purchased a 2014 Street Triple R that took a dumping, so it is a fixer upper (therefore, if anyone has bits and pieces they are looking to sell, i am looking to buy).

Presently working in the Republic of Panama, but have the MC awaiting my return in New York and i am hopeful that it won't be too much of a pain to get it retitled and on the road.

I haven't posted all that much but the few times i have i have appreciated the responses and think this is a great forum for education of all things Triumph 675 and associated topics.

Look forward to sharing photos of the bike once made whole again and just wanted to say thanks.

H

Garage
Talking 2014 Street Triple R

My official 7th bike... My insurance retired my previous bike after crash.
History:
1979 KZ650
2000 GSXR600
2009 Honda Shadow
2011 Triumph Daytona (stolen )
2008 CBR 1000 (ate oil like crazy)
2013 Ninja 1000
2014 Street Triple R

Good to be back on the bike after long recovery... I do miss fairings and some of the power, but in the twisties I don't miss anything at all.

Hi

Been riding a Street Triple since March this year. Before that I had a Honda CB1000R, and before that a lot of different bikes including an RSV1000R.

However, I just "upgraded" my triple Silver is more than gold :P

Mods: Arrows pipe + map, Triumph levers and mirrors, removed the flyscreen (I bought it nearly new and used the price difference between new and used to buy the extras).

might have already said hello, but hello again from Eastern Tennessee. Last week did a run over 19 to NC, which was fun. Learned also that if you have to sneeze, take the pull off the throttle, because those turns come up fast.
