Great idea on the coaster! I didn't even think about that, I was just thinking that cab fare would be at least 100.00. Im down to ride, don't have the full leathers though!

sdsupercrew, I'm in the South Bay. I'm pretty new to riding as well and wouldn't mind a meet up to learn/explore new places.

Those aren't me but this is

Wow, I've never even heard of the coaster. Looks like I have a lot of learning to do.

Looks like it'd cost you $5.50, here's the schedule: http://www.gonctd.com/coaster
A cab should be another $10-15. You're welcome!

Haha Yeah I'd ask the boots about it but right now they're on a boat somewhere near libya. My battalion was ACB and got activated. They had two days notice before they flew out. It wouldnt have been so bad but we just got back from a pretty rough summer in Helmand. Luckily my orders to Pendleton got me off of the go roster for ACB. I'm flying into the area the morning of the 10th and MCIS starts the 11th. Somehow I have to make it out to Rocket, navigate back to SOI, and register the bike on base all while doing the school. I bought a moto-d mount for my gps and hopefully that makes it easier to get around out there.

One step further... If you plan on taking the coaster during the week, I can offer you a ride from the station to Rocket. I'm just down the street and any excuse to take an extended lunch/help out a fellow member is always good for me!

I saw a scorched yellow w/ the LV exhaust downtown today...along w/ a white street triple w/o a license plate ... both on W. Broadway next to the american plaza trolley station/santa fe amtrak depot in downtown san diego. Anybody claim those? I'm just interested in meeting up w/ other Triumph riders in the area.
