Lightbulb Dyno Tune Issue

So I took my bike in to for a dyno tune and the Tuner said there is some strange dips in the power curve that he cannot explain. I'm wondering if anyone here could help with troubleshooting the issue

Bodis Headers
BMC Airfilter
SAI Remove with block off plates
Scorpion Slip-on
Venturi System Performance Velocity Stacks
PCV
PCV Ignition Module
Evap Canister removed
A/F is around 12.5

With this list of mods you should be aiming for 120RWHP with a pretty straight curve all the way to red line. Your bike barely touched 100 so it needs some work on that dyno.
Dotted line from what I could tell is AFR? Or is it the torque graph ?

Itís difficult to tell from the graph but it looks like it says CO2 or something?

How experienced is your tuner?

I know they have been tuning bikes for more than 10 years now. I will speak to them on tuesday and see if I can get more data.
Also something to note the bike is NOT running a Arrow Map if that matters. Due to CARB, dealers are not selling this in California any more. I'm not sure what the arrow map does beyond fuel and timing.
