I disabled the easyprivacy 3rd party filter for now and it seems to be working.
All elements are rendering, ads are blocked.
I guess Ill leave it like this until I hear the proper fix is in.
thanks

Thanks for letting us know that everything is working well.

another fix is to go to our verticalscope.com site and block the site entirely from your ad-blocker.
This should clear things up for this site.

Richard.

Well, I use I.E. 11. When I click on a thumbnail, my screen goes black (transparent) but no photo is rendered. I have to go back to get the black screen to go away. Any ideas admin??

Hey there,

What you can try doing, similar to what you presented above, is go to our site verticalscope.com and block the site from your ad blocker.
Clear your browser cache and cookies, and give it another shot.

That seems to be a solid fix for many other members who have come across this issue.

To clarify, I was not able to get your suggested solution to work.
Perhaps I am misunderstanding what it means to "block the site (verticalscope.com) from your ad blocker".
You're saying to whitelist verticalscope.com, correct? Doesnt work for me.

What did work is tottenham's workaround below:

You can either whitelist the whole of triumph675.net or disable the EasyPrivacy 3rd party filter. I would also say someone from verticalscope should be contacting easy privacy to get this resolved properly. https://easylist.to/easylist/easyprivacy.txt

More specifically this has nothing to do with ad blocking. Verticalscope has scripts that are tracking user habits which is why the privacy list is blocking it. Disabling the adblocker for a site is not a valid solution. It would be similar to removing the light bulb for a check engine light.

That being said i've found a better solution. This works for adblockplus and ublock origin, add the following to your filters: @@||verticalscope.com^$third-party

This will allow only 3rd party scripts to run from verticalscope. Nothing else. Keeping the Easy Privacy List activated is a good idea so this solution is the best we can get for the time being.

If I have more time ill build a filter that allows only the scripts needed to boot the sites cosmetics and block the rest.

Confirmed.
I re-enabled Easy Privacy on Privacy list and added "@@||verticalscope.com^$third-party" to the My Filters list.
Thanks for your research and help.

Hey,

I believe our creative team may have a fix that should work for this so I have requested that they give it a shot to see if that helps out with eliminating the need to go through that whitelist headache. Case #2504723.
